What I am building

OAIZ is an AI operating system for autonomous work. It connects tools, documents, events, and conversations so companies can turn repeatable processes into observable, governed automations.

I focus on orchestration, permissions, monitoring, and the engineering work that makes AI useful after the demo.

Background

Before OAIZ, I was an Engineering Manager and Head of Architecture at Telavox. I worked across software architecture, engineering leadership, security, and scaling teams from roughly 30 to 150 people.

That experience now shapes how I lead AI agents: keep the system visible, make the boundaries clear, and build feedback loops that catch mistakes early.

What I write about

The blog is an open notebook about AI automation, engineering leadership, startup building, founder life, and the occasional campfire dinner.

Outside work

I am dad to Holly and Vide. We spend as much time as possible outside: running trails, paddling, skiing, cooking over fires, and carrying more gear than any sensible person needs for a short walk.
